Box 4 Fitness offers individual and group physical training sessions, Boxercise, Boxing Awards for Women and Young People, Muhammad Ali Fitness/Speed Pads Training, Self Defence training for Girls and Women and 1:1 Coaching sessions.

Led by Level 2 England Boxing Coach and PT Level Boxercise Instructors, CRB checked, registered and insured.

We also work with charities, community organisations, schools and groups that support young, at-risk and vulnerable people.
