LAST CLASSes in Mythomroyd

Come and train goodbye with us

If you're a K O Circuits fan, then tomorrow at 10am is the final class in Mytholmroyd. Come along and enjoy a 45 minute HIIT with us, 5 rounds of 4 minutes, including pad/punch sprints and bagwork.

At 11am we're having an open session for anyone who's doing level 2 with Alex and anyone else who wants some time in the ring or on pads with me. We'll do a few rounds on bags too and make the most of them.

Over 50's Boxercise
have their final session with Rachael on Monday at 10.30am.

Short term plan
As of next week, we're a mobile, pop-up gym until the electrics are done and our new building is safely kitted out for training sessions.

Monday
Meet at 6.15pm in Calder Holmes Park (near the gate that faces the road leading to the train station, next to the bridge) for a Bootcamp stomp/jog/run along the canal to the new gym.

Google says its a 45 minute walk (2.2 miles) so we should jog it in less than half an hour at a steady pace. Anyone who wants to walk and catch up at their own pace can do so too.

The postcode for the Train Station is HX7 6JE. On arrival stand and wait near the gate to the park.

Tuesday
Level 2 Standard Award participants meeting at Mytholmroyd Community Centre at 8pm (a later start as we're hiring a room that's unavailable at our usual time slot)

Wednesday
