Iron Women - starts Wed 4 Jan



What's it all about?
Getting stronger, getting fitter and feeling more confident.

Over 12 weeks you will learn how to lift weight correctly, whether it's a barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell or your own bodyweight. This is a non-boxing session, we concentrate on good form, safe technique and building confidence.

  • You'll meet like-minded women and train in a supportive, all female atmosphere
Who's it for?
Any woman (16+) who wants to get stronger, improve her posture and learn how to lift.

How the sessions are run
Each week we focus on a few lifts/exercises and try to improve our 'PB' (Personal Best) on weight or number of repetitions in a given time. So it doesn't matter whether you can deadlift 20kg or 120kg - you're working to beat your score last time, not matching yourself against anyone else.

If you thrive on competition, you can make up a team and pace yourselves against each other, posting your results on the facebook group page.

What's the cost? 12 sessions for £55 or £60 if paying £5 per week over 12 weeks.
