We re-open on Wed 04 Jan 2017 with Boxercise (Beginners session) at 10.15am and the first in our series of Iron Women training sessions at 6.15pm.
It's good to take a break from hard training every few months and re-feed, relax and enjoy the company of your friends and family. Some brisk walking or running will blow the cobwebs away and keep your legs in check for the New Year.
It's been a brilliant year at the gym, some of you have come a really long way with your fitness and improving your health. I look forward to more of this next year.
