Wed and Fri sessions are limited to women only and are a mixture of padwork, exercise and drills. They are suitable for beginners and anyone starting out their journey to fitness.
Mondays are mixed classes, suitable for all levels and caters for those with less fitness, mobility or injuries.
Boxercise is a great way to get into fitness that doesn't require expensive equipment or monthly fees. It's a brilliant stress buster and a real feel-good workout.
